Thrift Stores

11/3/11    Saturday my daughter and I ventured out to a few thrift stores, since garage sales are pretty much over  until April or may. We were not disappointed, first we went to a new Salvation Army that just opened in a near by town, we found lots of goodies ,including an Ann Taylor cardigan $3.99 , A beautiful Josephine Chaus sweater $3.99  a sweater from NY & Co $3.99 ,  and a white button down from H&M $4.99 we were thrilled. Next we stopped at a consignment store, that we had never been to before. My daughter picked up a pair of Pac Sun jeans for $7.00, and a forever 21 Romper for $5.00 , I found an adorable DKNY shirt for myself $10.00,  a Pink Tutu for my girls$ 2.99 and a book for my kids.50. Next we stopped at a church thrift store that is only open on Saturday’s from 10:00-1:00 and I’m guessing people line up pretty early to get in, because when we got there at 10:30 the place was packed and people had arm loads of stuff they were bringing to the counter. I found the cutest flats for$5.oo they were worth the trip. You never know where you are going to find a treasure, so do not pass up a  little church thrift store or local Salvation Army.
