Annie Sloan Chalk Paint Dresser “Redo”

Annie Sloan Chalk Paint in Paloma

The latest trend I am noticing with all the bloggers lately, is this Annie Sloan Chalk Paint. I figured I had to try it out for myself and see if this product was really worth all the raves it was getting. It was a little tricky to find, after Google-ing it, I realized it is only sold in very select retail locations, or online. The closest store that sold it in my area, was an hour away, so I ordered it online. It was a little scary figuring out the right color to buy, since sometimes the colors on the computer are different than what you actually get.I decided on the color Paloma, it’s a medium gray, and would match my bedroom.

Once my paint arrived I was so excited to try it out. My husband agreed to help me carry our sad brown ┬ádresser outside and into the driveway for the “makeover”

The paint was a little tricky to work with, in that it hardens as your painting, and you need to constantly add a little water to it as you go. I really love the end result, and I am so happy I did it. I will definitely be buying more of this product in the future.
